Digital PDF practice packs

Parisel Papers products are downloadable digital PDF practice packs for supplementary revision and timed practice.

Licence

Each purchase is supplied under a personal-use licence for the buyer's personal study, parent support or tutor support use with one student, unless Parisel agrees otherwise in writing. Redistribution, resale, public posting, file sharing, bulk copying and competing commercial use are not permitted.

Corrections and updates

If a product is corrected or updated, Parisel may choose to provide access to an updated file or notify affected customers where appropriate. The availability of an update does not by itself mean the original file failed to meet a consumer guarantee.

Remedies and timing

Where the law permits Parisel to choose the remedy, Parisel may decide whether to provide a corrected file, refund, replacement or another practical remedy. Parisel may need a reasonable time to assess a reported issue before deciding what, if any, remedy is appropriate.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parisel's liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

Discounts

Discounts, including any multi-pack offer, apply only according to the terms shown at checkout and may be changed or withdrawn for future purchases.

Parisel Papers provides independently produced practice PDF packs for revision and timed practice. Materials are prepared using proprietary workflows with internal quality checks, but they are not official, endorsed, teacher-authored, examiner-authored, or guaranteed error-free. They are designed as supplementary practice resources and do not replace school advice, official materials, or professional tutoring.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
