Refund Policy

Parisel Papers provides independently produced practice PDF packs for revision and timed practice. Materials are prepared using proprietary workflows with internal quality checks, but they are not official, endorsed, teacher-authored, examiner-authored, or guaranteed error-free. They are designed as supplementary practice resources and do not replace school advice, official materials, or professional tutoring.

Digital products

Parisel Papers products are digital PDF practice packs delivered by download. Because files can usually be accessed immediately after purchase, we do not generally provide a refund for a change of mind after a file has been made available.

Issues with a file

If you identify a problem with a file, contact us with your order number, product name and a clear description of the issue. Where the law permits Parisel to choose the remedy, Parisel may decide whether to provide a corrected file, refund, replacement or another practical remedy. Any remedy will be assessed consistently with Australian Consumer Law.

Before an assessment or exam date

Buying a practice pack shortly before an assessment or exam does not change your statutory rights. It also does not create a guarantee of suitability, outcome, official alignment, error-free content or prediction of any future assessment.

Timing

Parisel does not provide a fixed response-time guarantee. We may need a reasonable time to assess a reported issue, verify order details, review the file and decide on an appropriate remedy.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Parisel's liability in connection with a product is limited to the amount paid for that product.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
