Quick answers about Parisel practice packs, downloads, difficulty and support.
1. I paid but did not receive my download. What should I do?
Check the email address used at checkout, including spam or promotions folders. If the download email is still missing, contact us with your order number and product name so we can check the order and delivery record.
2. I cannot open the files. What should I try?
Parisel packs are supplied as PDF files. Try downloading the file again, opening it with a current PDF reader or browser, and checking that the full file downloaded before opening it. If the problem continues, contact us with your order number, product name, device/browser details and any error message.
3. What should I include in a support request?
Include your order number, product name, the email address used at checkout, and a short description of the issue. Please do not send identifiable student work, marks, diagnostics, school records or sensitive personal information unless we specifically ask for it.
4. Can I print the PDFs?
Yes. You may print purchased PDFs for personal revision, parent support, tutor discussion or household revision use within the purchase licence.
5. Can I share the files with my tutor, parent or study group?
You may use the files for personal revision, parent support, tutor discussion or household revision use. Please do not resell, publicly upload, share through an LMS, distribute to a class or study group, or otherwise redistribute the files.
6. Can a teacher, tutor or school use one purchase for a class?
No. A normal purchase is not a class, school-wide, LMS or multi-student licence. Contact us before using Parisel files with a class, school, tutoring cohort or other group distribution arrangement.
7. What happens if I buy the wrong pack or buy twice?
Contact us with your order number and product name. We assess wrong-pack and duplicate-purchase requests case by case and may provide a corrected file, replacement file, credit or refund depending on the circumstances and Australian Consumer Law requirements.
8. Can I get a refund after downloading or after the exam?
Refunds are not normally provided merely because files have been downloaded, used for preparation, are no longer needed, were not used, or are requested after the relevant exam or assessment has passed. This does not limit any remedy required by Australian Consumer Law.
9. What software do I need?
You need a device that can download and open standard PDF files. Most current browsers and PDF readers can open the files.
10. What does Pack 01 mean?
It identifies a separate Parisel practice pack for that subject and year. Packs do not need to be completed in order.
11. Are these official exam papers?
No. Parisel packs are independently produced practice resources and are not official, endorsed, teacher-authored, examiner-authored, or affiliated with any curriculum or assessment authority.
12. What is included in a pack?
Each pack includes a student practice paper, worked answers, practice marking guidance, topic coverage summary, and parent/tutor notes.
13. How should I choose a difficulty?
Difficulty is an internal guide to help compare Parisel practice packs. It is not an official rating or a prediction of exam difficulty.
14. How are files delivered?
Files are delivered digitally after purchase. Paid PDFs may include a subtle purchaser watermark using the purchaser name, email and order number.
15. Can I get help after purchase?
Yes. Use the contact form for order, download or product questions and include your order number if you have one.
16. Are the materials guaranteed error-free?
No. Materials are prepared using proprietary workflows with internal quality checks, but they are not guaranteed error-free. If you identify an issue, contact us with your order number and product name.
