Digital Delivery Policy

Parisel Papers sells digital PDF practice packs only. We do not ship physical products.

Delivery method

After checkout, files are provided through the store's digital delivery process. You may receive access through the order confirmation page, a download email, your customer account or another delivery link used by the store.

Access problems

If a download link is missing, expired, unavailable or not working, contact us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We may verify the order and re-send or restore access where appropriate. Parisel does not provide a fixed response-time guarantee and may need a reasonable time to assess and resolve access issues.

File format

Products are supplied as PDF files. You are responsible for using a device and PDF reader capable of opening standard PDF documents.

Parisel Papers provides independently produced practice PDF packs for revision and timed practice. Materials are prepared using proprietary workflows with internal quality checks, but they are not official, endorsed, teacher-authored, examiner-authored, or guaranteed error-free. They are designed as supplementary practice resources and do not replace school advice, official materials, or professional tutoring.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
