Privacy Policy

We collect and use customer information needed to run the store, process payments, deliver digital files, provide support, manage corrections, meet accounting obligations, and handle disputes or platform requirements.

This may include customer name, email address, billing details, order number, purchased products, delivery/download records, support messages, refund records, and purchaser watermark values where watermarking is used.

Our store uses Shopify for ecommerce and may use a digital delivery provider such as Fileflare for file delivery. These providers process information needed to operate the store and provide purchased files.

At launch, Parisel Papers does not collect student uploads, marks, diagnostics, school records, testimonials from minors, or identifiable student performance data. Do not send identifiable student work, school records, health information or sensitive personal information through support channels unless we specifically ask for it. We do not need student performance data for normal purchase fulfilment.
