Digital Product Refunds

Parisel Papers products are digital PDF downloads delivered after purchase. Because files can be accessed immediately, refunds are assessed case by case.

If you report an access problem, incorrect file, material defect, duplicate purchase, wrong-pack purchase or other issue, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Where the Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy, we will provide one. In other cases, we may provide a corrected file, replacement file, explanation, credit or refund depending on the issue.

Refunds are not normally provided merely because files have been downloaded, used for exam preparation, are no longer needed, were not used, or are requested after the relevant exam or assessment has passed.

Nothing in this policy limits rights under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds may result in future download access being revoked. A refund does not grant permission to keep using or sharing files where the licence has ended.
