Corrections and Support
If you find a possible error, unclear solution, missing file, access issue or other product problem, contact us with your order number, product name and a short description of the issue.
We may provide a corrected file, replacement file, explanation, credit or refund depending on the issue and the requirements of Australian Consumer Law.
For material corrections, we may identify affected purchasers from Shopify order records and delivery-provider records so that corrected files or notices can be sent to the right customers.
